Tailored to Your Exact NeedsCustom Silicone Manufacturing, From Idea to Production
We support consumer, kitchen, mother and baby, personal care, pet, medical, and industrial applications with project-specific materials, processes, and quality controls.
Customization Process
Initial Consultation & Requirement Analysis
We start with a detailed discussion to understand your product specifications, performance needs, and application environment.
PI & PO ConfirmationFormalize
The project scope, pricing, and delivery terms with a Proforma Invoice (PI) and Purchase Order (PO) to set clear expectations.
Requirement Confirmation & Material
Selection Finalize technical requirements, including material grade, hardness, color, and certifications to ensure compliance and performance.
Design Proposal & Prototyping
Our engineering team develops a detailed design proposal and creates functional prototypes for your review and testing.
Design Confirmation & Tooling
Once the prototype is approved, we proceed with precision mold design and manufacturing to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Mass Production & Quality Control
Using advanced injection molding and compression molding equipment, we execute production while conducting rigorous in-process inspections.
Final Inspection & Packaging
Every finished product undergoes a final quality check before being carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery & After-Sales Support
We coordinate reliable logistics for on-time delivery and provide ongoing support to address any post-delivery questions or concerns.

1
How do you protect my proprietary designs and intellectual property?
We treat your intellectual property (IP) as our highest priority. We are fully prepared to sign a bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any 2D/3D drawings, ideas, or physical samples. Our internal engineering department operates under strict data security protocols, ensuring that your product files are only accessible to authorized project personnel. We never showcase, sell, or replicate our OEM/ODM customers’ proprietary products under any circumstances.
-
2
How do you charge for custom silicone mold tooling, and who owns the mold?
We provide competitive, transparent tooling quotes based on the product’s complexity, precision requirements, and expected production volume. Once the tooling fee is paid in full, the mold belongs 100% to you. We will only use it to produce your orders and will never use it for any third party. We offer free lifetime maintenance for your molds as long as they remain in our facility. If a mold wears out during our partnership, we will rebuild it at our own expense.
-
3
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom silicone products?
While our standard production run MOQ usually ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 pieces (depending on the product size, weight, and material, such as Liquid Silicone Rubber vs. Solid Silicone), we understand that new product launches and startups require flexibility. For verified OEM/ODM development projects, we are happy to support a lower trial-order MOQ for your first production run to help you test the market and minimize inventory risk.
-
4
Are your silicone materials compliant with FDA, LFGB, and other international standards?
Yes, absolutely. We source our raw silicone materials exclusively from industry-leading global suppliers (such as Wacker, Shin-Etsu, and Dow Corning) to ensure premium quality. We can manufacture products that fully comply with FDA (US), LFGB (Europe), RoHS, REACH, and BPA-Free standards. Every batch of raw material is fully traceable, and we can provide the corresponding material data sheets (MSDS/COA) and third-party test reports (such as SGS or TÜV) upon request.

5
What is the typical lead time from prototype to mass production?
Our streamlined in-house tooling and manufacturing processes allow us to offer highly competitive lead times: Prototyping (3D Printing / CNC/ Sample Mold) takes 3 to 7 working days; Mass Production Tooling (Steel Molds) takes 15 to 25 calendar days; and Mass Production takes 10 to 20 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on the order volume. We provide weekly progress reports with photos/videos.
